1.Material advantage: Due to Yongsheng’s spring scale of production is very huge, the material suppliers can order 60 tons of material at a time from Japan. The production process is fully in accordance with our requirements, then ensure the stability of the material, while also increasing bargaining power, lower the material costs and ultimately reduce our spring prices for customer’s products and improve competitiveness.
2. The power spring material is different from the common stretch stainless steel, the power spring’s hardness is very high, up to HV560-600 degrees, The steel mills cannot produce of so high of hardness material, it must by rolling factory to press and extent of the raw materials to upgrade the material of hardness. Press and extent the material from 1MM above of thickness to 0.1-0.5 of thickness, while material hardness also will be increased. But the times will directly effects the material performance. General is 2-3 times in the market. But as we mentioned at the first, due to the huge demand of the material, we specify 5 times of press and extent of the material. So our materials performance is 15% higher than others in the market. And this is the best guarantee for production of various kinds of precision power spring. |
